Hi Im George De La Vega and let me tell you a bit about how I became a promoter and how "DE LA VEGA ENTERTAINMENT" was born.
De La Vega Entertainment started about 9 years ago at Cuban Petes, a small cozy Cuban Restaurant Nightclub in Anaheim Orange County that I use to attend with my friends for salsa dancing. One Day the owner Ray Guerrero which became a great friend asked me to help promote Thursday Nights because he saw that I used to bring a lot of people to party with me. Before I started promoting I told Ray about my brother Omar De La Vega and asked him to hire him as a bartender, knowing that he was going to bring a lot of customers because he is a great bartender and has great customer service skills he was gonna make people come back, and so he did... Now look at my brother incharge of Marketing for Sevilla Nightclub in Long Beach. I know I never tell him, but Im very proud of my Lil Brother.
Well going back I Started promoting with Black and White paper flyers that i designed on word and printed at Staples lol. Then I meet a promoter named Gilbert Sandoval (Get it Started ENT) he showed me and taught me everything about the nightclub scene, how to market the business in Orange County and he also came up with the name of "DE LA VEGA ENTERTAINMENT" cuz he thought it was catchy, Thanks a lot bro, it paid off
After that I succesfully promoted Cuban Petes for 6 years with an unusual sexy blend of "Salsa dancing and Hihop" and that's what I've been doing for 9 years.
I wanna thank Jonny G and Danny A for always being there for me, from Day 1, "THAT'S WHY IM STUCK WITH THIS GUYS.. LOL.. Just kidding they're good Dj's". When we started Cuban Petes Thursdays Just me, Jonny, Danny, Chicago, one security "Big John", Omar and Ray.
And obviously I have to thank Robert Incelli "El Pelon" because without him Cuban Petes wouldnt be the same. I appreciate your work and I admire your musical talent, and your awesome way you play to the crowd.... SABROSO!!!
After Cuban Petes closed I moved to do other venues, events, etc such us Club Unique, 195 Bar, Caribbean Lounge, Manhattan Supper Club even Aqua lounge in Beverly Hills for a one time event, but now thanks to Christian Martin that gave me this great opportunity I found a new home at Ember Nightclub a beautuful new club in Orange County Anaheim, in company of some of the best promoters in Orange County /LA Area.

Also Once a month we promote "Caribbean Night" inside Tia Juanas Irvine with Live Salsa, Hiphop and Reggaeton. In partnership with Rodrigo Ruiz (ESSENSE MARKETING) A great promoter & Great Friend
